We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date you collect your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your item upon collection and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item at our facility.
If approved, we will refund you straight away at our storage facility. Please note – we can only refund to your original payment method.
