We used StoreStuff to store our items when we moved to Australia last year. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting such a pleasant experience, but I was blown away by how accommodating Thomas was. He showed us the storage unit and even helped us determine if a smaller size would work for our items. The storage unit itself was tidy, well-lit, and ventilated. If you're looking for a storage unit with great facilities and a friendly face, I highly recommend Thomas and StoreStuff!

You won't find better storage units. Handy location off the motorway, easy drive-up access, lots of unit size options, clean and well-maintained premises and super-helpful staff, I recommend to all.

Update: I have just concluded my storage with Store stuff. I had a reasonably new couch there for around 18 months and it is still in the same state as when I put it in there. Overall has been a good experience with good security measures to keep your belongings safe

Tom was fantastic to deal with; from showing me different sized storage lockers to coming in on his day off to get us set up with the moving truck! The unit itself appears really secure with plenty of security measurements. Overall, we are really happy we chose Store Stuff for our belongings!

I strongly recommend StoreStuff self storage. I had my stuff for six months in this storage and the pricing was so reasonble with a discount for first two months. Thomas was so friendly and guide us well through all the storage process. And the free truck saved us from hiring outside. Overall, I would give more stars than 5 star.

Used a number of different storage outfits throughout NZ and this is be far the best. Made the process very stress free with the move in truck and great facilities that were available at all hours making it easy to access whenever I needed to. Very responsive couldn't recommend them enough!

A fantastic locally owned company. Super helpful, clean and easy to access in all weather as the units are inside. We only needed short term storage and they were very accomdating. The use of their truck was really helpful moving stuff in. Price wise very reasonable.

Extremely accomadating, great communication. The free move-in truck is a great bonus and the truck is in excellent condition and drives really well. The storage facility has great security, is supper clean and accessible 24/7 via a secure coded door! My partner and I went overseas for an extended time to visit family.Packing down our life and putting it in storage is stressful at the best of times, however the guys at store stuff were helpful and flexible to our needs and worked with us to make the process easy. Their service is transparent, honest and upfront regarding any costs. It’s been great to feel like you’re being looked after by real people rather than a big company who aren’t necessarily interested in you as an individual customer. The truck and trailer is a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this service.

The customer service provided by Thomas and Peter cannot be faulted. If you need a place close to the city for your storage needs you cannot go wrong here. Premises are clean and modern with good trolleys to easily move items. A good range of storage sizes to choose from. Communication was always excellent.

Fantastic experience at StoreStuff in Lower Hutt. Used them to store my daughters' belongings over the summer break at Vic Uni. Clean, modern facility with plenty of trolleys dollies to make loading your storage unit a breeze. Complimentary use of a small removal truck for the shift into the storage unit was really helpful and a great cost saver. Tom was excellent to deal with. Great communication. Highly recommend.
