A fantastic locally owned company. Super helpful, clean and easy to access in all weather as the units are inside. We only needed short term storage and they were very accomdating. The use of their truck was really helpful moving stuff in. Price wise very reasonable.

Great facility very accomodating and helpful the use of a free truck to move in is an excellent extra that they offer...I can highly recomed StoreStuff.We would definitely use again without hesitation.

Extremely accomadating, great communication. The free move-in truck is a great bonus and the truck is in excellent condition and drives really well. The storage facility has great security, is supper clean and accessible 24/7 via a secure coded door! Would definitely use them again, they were very professional and very easy to deal with. 5 Stars for sure! 🙂

My partner and I went overseas for an extended time to visit family.Packing down our life and putting it in storage is stressful at the best of times, however the guys at store stuff were helpful and flexible to our needs and worked with us to make the process easy. Their service is transparent, honest and upfront regarding any costs. It’s been great to feel like you’re being looked after by real people rather than a big company who aren’t necessarily interested in you as an individual customer. The truck and trailer is a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this service.

The customer service provided by Thomas and Peter cannot be faulted. If you need a place close to the city for your storage needs you cannot go wrong here. Premises are clean and modern with good trolleys to easily move items. A good range of storage sizes to choose from. Communication was always excellent.

Most highly recommend! So helpful, super relaxed, and genuinely nice people. The guys go above and beyond to support you with getting in and getting out. Spaces are clean, dry and tidy. Equipment available, like trolleys, blankets, trailer and truck are all in fantastic condition and freely available. Use Store Stuff to store ya stuff 🙂

Fantastic experience at StoreStuff in Lower Hutt. Used them to store my daughters' belongings over the summer break at Vic Uni. Clean, modern facility with plenty of trolleys dollies to make loading your storage unit a breeze. Complimentary use of a small removal truck for the shift into the storage unit was really helpful and a great cost saver. Tom was excellent to deal with. Great communication. Highly recommend.

From initial contact through to locking my daughter's Uni stuff into storage over the summer, this has been a first class experience. The facilities are spotless (brand new!) and the access and trolleys etc very helpful. Equally the free use of the move-in truck was a huge benefit and being just 10 mins from the CBD also very handy. Would recommend to anyone needing storage.

You might think that service isn't a big deal when it comes to a storage unit, but you'd be wrong. Moving, especially as a student, can be incredibly stressful, and the team at StoreStuff made the process so much easier. Peter not only suggested downsizing to save money, but he also went above and beyond by helping with the heavy lifting and wiping down our rental car after we discovered it had been splattered with paint while parked. It's clear this is a family business that truly cares about its customers. I couldn’t recommend them more!
